Red

 

Gustatory characteristics: intense nose of ripened fruit. This is an ample and rich wine. Its structure lies on an excellent maturity, harmonious tannins and a persisting length of its aromas.

 

This wine will wonderfully accompany red meat, grilled magrets, sauces and blue cheese.


Ageing potential: 6 to 8 years.

Matured in new oak barrels for 12 months.

Château Saint Go

 

Red

Gustatory characteristics: crimson red colour, almost black with purple shimmer.


Complex nose with aromas of black berries, coffee roasting mellowed by subtle notes of vanilla. Powerful structure, full with plump but mature tannins which reveal the conservation potential of this wine. Persisting length of the spicy and fruity aromas.


Best with red meat or sauces and cheese.

 

EMatured in new oak barrels for 12 months.

 

Expression Saint Go

 

Red

Gustatory characteristics: crimson red colour with black shimmer. Bouquet of morello cherries with a hint of pepper. Mouth of black fruit with round and easy tannins. Fragrant finish with wild berries and spices

Serve with red meat in a sauce, poultry and cheese.

 

Rosé

Gustatory characteristics: bright pink colour. Very expressive and typical nose expressing English sweets and combining blackcurrant to floral notes and box. The mouth has a beautiful structure, round and soft with a fresh and tonic finish. Fruit dominate over citrus notes.

Drink chilled (8-10°) as an aperitif or at the table with cooked pork meats, tarts, quiches, Summer salads, pastas, grilled meats.

 

White

Gustatory characteristics: the frank, bright yellow colour expresses the youth of this wine. Intense nose made of flowers, grapefruit and exotic scents (passion fruit, pineapple). In the mouth, its freshness first appears then the structure reveals its increasing power,soft and full. To finish, aromas of citrus zests.

Serve chilled (10-12°C) as an aperitif, with fish in sauce, shellfish, white meat, cow's or mixed cheese.
