Long-awaited moment, the result of days and days of work in the vineyard, the bunches are hand-picked in order to preserve the quality of the grapes and to only harvest the fruit (it is far more difficult not to pick foliage and branches which get mixed with the grapes when machine-harvested) ensuring like this the quality of the forthcoming wine!
